India has over 1.3 million registered doctors and millions of independent clinics — but most of them still manage patient records on paper registers, WhatsApp messages, and Excel sheets. CliniqPulse exists to change that, one clinic at a time.
It started with a simple frustration. Watching a family doctor at a busy clinic spend 20 minutes at the end of a long day manually adding up fees in a notebook — while a queue of patients still waited — made it obvious: the tools available weren't built for how Indian clinics actually work.
Most clinic software on the market was designed for large hospitals, priced for corporate chains, or so complicated it required a full-time IT person. Solo GPs, paediatricians, and dermatologists had no good option.
So we built one. From scratch, in Ahmedabad, with Indian clinics as the only brief.
